PSD gathers, compiles and analyzes all service area data, demographics and resources in order to determine how to provide the most useful and appropriate services to the largest number of eligible children and families to ensure that the department maximizes the use of Head Start, Early Head Start and Early Head Start - Child Care Partnership funds.
